Memoir author Dr. Ric Vandett is interviewed by the RedPubPod crew on his first book, "Hurdles - Surviving Difficult Times" published by Redhawk Publications. Ric's journey from War Veteran, DJ, Educator to Author is just that... a journey! And along his journey, the lessons he learned have taught him life lessons. Through his memoir, he teaches others how to overcome life's Hurdles! In addition to writing, Ric is a community advocate who graciously gives of his time, talent and treasure. Partial proceeds for the sale of his book go to two non-profits that help the Catawba Valley area of Western North Carolina.
